Databases

If you use Lotus Notes I can help you design and maintain all sorts of useful databases. A staff database is usually the first database that gets designed with Notes. It can contain all the normal contact information for your staff as well as personal details. The great thing about Notes is that everyone can see certain parts of a database form, and the Managing or Personnel director can only see confidential parts. All sorts of databases can be created such as an Inventory for all your PC's faxes, copiers, etc. A help database for help and information about the software you use, or a database that documents your entire computer network. Client and supplier contact databases are also very useful, especially if you are preparing mailing shots or sending out Christmas cards
